14-day right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal: you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
Work made to order especially for you cannot be returned.
How to return something
- Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order at info@magsupyourmind.com. Tell us your name and what you'd like to return.
- Then send the product back within 14 days.
- Return shipping costs are paid by you.

Refund
We refund the purchase price within 14 days of your cancellation, using your original payment method. We may wait to refund until the product is back with us.
If you return the whole order, we also refund the original shipping costs.
If the product has been used or damaged, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.
Damaged or wrong item?
If something arrives damaged or your order isn't right, email us a photo at info@magsupyourmind.com as soon as possible. We'll look into it and find a fitting solution with you, such as a replacement or a refund.
