Where do orders ship from?
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
How long does delivery take?
Orders within the Netherlands usually arrive within a few business days. International delivery typically takes around 7–21 days, though global conditions can occasionally affect shipping times.
Will I pay VAT or customs fees?
Your country may charge additional VAT or customs fees on delivery for international orders. These charges are beyond our control and we cannot provide information on how they are calculated.
What is the minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount is €15.00.
How are the products made?
Art prints are produced on high-quality 250 gsm recycled paper. Greeting cards (13.5 × 13.5 cm) are folded and printed on recycled paper with organic ink in the Netherlands and come with matching recycled kraft envelopes. Lacquer prints (19 × 19 cm) are printed directly onto PEFC-certified wood using non-toxic, Greenguard-certified inks.
